• Digital / Web Use -- Exclusive rights for digital products or online use

Exclusive Pattern Licensing Tiers

1. Standard Exclusive (Small Biz / Personal Brand)

• Price: $300
• Includes: 2 pre-designed colorways + 1 custom colorway
• Rights: Exclusive use in one category (sold to one buyer only)
• Best for: Makers, independent designers, or small shops wanting a unique pattern with no competition

2. Growing Brand Exclusive (Retail / Mid-Size)

• Price: $400-500 (depending on scope)
• Includes: Multiple colorways or 1 adaptation
• Rights: Exclusive use in one category, scaled for retail sales (up to 5,000 units or equivalent production)
• Best for: Established small businesses expanding into wholesale or larger collections

3. Corporate / High-Volume Exclusive

• Price: $750+ (depending on scope)
• Includes: Multiple colorways + adaptations, priority customization
• Rights: Exclusive use in one category with unlimited sales/distribution
• Best for: Large brands or companies seeking category exclusivity for national/global reach

Notes/Terms: 

• Seller retains copyright of the artwork. Buyer receives exclusive rights for the purchased category only.
• Exclusivity applies only to that category; seller may still license the design for other categories.
• Edits, recolors, or extra colorways beyond what’s included are billed at $40/hour.
• Files delivered within 1 business day of full payment (JPEG, PNG formats).
